4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Client, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained valid, express written consent from all individuals whose contact information you provide to us
  • All contacts have explicitly agreed to receive survey communications from your business
  • You comply with all applicable laws regarding customer communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and state-specific regulations
  • You will not provide contact information obtained through unauthorized means, purchased lists, or scraped data

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information about your business
  • Maintain up-to-date contact information for your account
  • Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect service delivery

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Services to:
