1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Get Online Review Help Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS/text messaging program to facilitate customer review collection on behalf of our business clients. When you opt in to receive text messages, you will receive survey invitations asking you to share feedback about your experience with businesses you have interacted with.

2. TYPES OF MESSAGES YOU WILL RECEIVE
By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages:

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Expected Message Frequency: You may receive up to 3 messages per survey interaction. Most customers receive 1-2 messages total.
Frequency Details:
- Initial survey invitation: 1 message
- Follow-up reminder (optional): 0-1 messages (only if you have not responded)
- Thank you confirmation: 1 message (after completing survey)
Maximum Frequency: You will not receive more than 3 messages per survey request from us. If you interact with multiple businesses that use our service, you may receive separate survey invitations for each business interaction.
4. HOW TO OPT IN
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from our service through the following methods:
Method 1: Website Opt-In
- Visit the business’s website or our website at getonlinereviewhelp.com
- Enter your mobile phone number in the designated opt-in form
- Check the box confirming your consent to receive text messages
- Submit the form
Method 2: Keyword Opt-In
- Text the keyword JOIN or START to the number provided by the business
- You will receive a confirmation message
Method 3: Client-Provided Consent
- The business you interacted with may provide your phone number if you have already given them express written consent to receive survey messages

Express Written Consent: By opting in, you expressly authorize Get Online Review Help Inc. and the business you interacted with to send you automated SMS/text messages to the mobile phone number you provided. You understand that your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5. HOW TO OPT OUT (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by texting any of the following keywords:
- STOP
- END
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- QUIT
Opt-Out Process:
- Reply STOP to any message you receive from us
- You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out: “You have been unsubscribed from Get Online Review Help SMS surveys. You will not receive further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.”
- No further messages will be sent to your phone number unless you opt in again
Important Notes:
- Opting out is immediate and permanent unless you opt back in
- You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out
- Opting out from one business using our service does not opt you out from other businesses unless they share the same campaign
- There is no fee to opt out

9. CARRIER DISCLAIMER
Carriers Are Not Liable: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and may be affected by network conditions, service outages, or other factors beyond our control.
No Carrier Endorsement: This SMS program is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any mobile carrier.
Carrier Terms Apply: Your mobile carrier’s terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to your use of SMS services.
10. AUTOMATED MESSAGES
Messages are sent using automated technology. By opting in, you consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded messages at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

15. MESSAGE CONTENT AND ACCURACY

- Error-free message content
- Links will always be functional
- Messages will be delivered instantly
- Survey platforms will be available
Changes to Program:
We reserve the right to:

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Service “As Is”:
